The Guelph Historical Railway Association - a short history and current projects

Eric is the founding president of the GHRA.  He is a member of the GHRA Board of Directors and also fills the role of technical and restoration specialist.

The Guelph Historical Railway Association is a registered charity and was founded in 1991.  It is dedicated to the preservation of our railway history, especially in the Guelph area, and its main focus areas include collecting, restoring and publicly displaying artifacts (cabooses, baggage cars, etc.), publishing stories about the history of our railways, and the continuted restoration and upkeep of CNR 6167, the locomotive located adjacent the Guelph bus terminal.
