On February 24th over two hundred local diners crowded into the Puslinch Community Centre for the Rotary Club of Guelph South’s 15th Annual Pasta Dinner.   With live accordion music, yummy, all-you-can-eat pasta and wonderful silent auction items a great time was had by all. Everyone was moved by Andy Spencer’s impassioned speech about how much Sunrise Therapeutic Riding & Learning Centre has helped his daughter Cora.
Both rooms were buzzing with animated conversations.
Our grateful thanks to our table sponsors, Bella Hodginkson, Deb & Geoff Allen (Royal LePage Royal City Realty), Hammond Power Solutions, Rich Van Dyke – (The Co-operators), Robb Atkinson and Des von Teichman (Royal LePage Royal City Realty), Scotiabank Guelph.
Thank you also to our many generous donors, Build a Basket Creations Inc. Coldwell Banker Neumann Real Estate, Mandarin restaurant, Matthew Bulmer, McNeil Consumer Healthcare, Milburns Auto Sales & Service, Shelley Adlington, Snap'd Guelph, Springfield Golf and Country Club, Sue Wilson, Tamara's Esthetics and Reflexology, Zehrs Hartland as well as numerous Friends of Rotary and Friends of Sunrise.
We appreciated the discounted Puslinch Community Centre rental fee approved by the Township Council and the enthusiastic support of our local community. Thank you all for helping us raise almost $7,000 in support of Sunrise Therapeutic Riding and Learning Centre as well as other Rotary Projects.
Save the date for next year (February 9 – just in time for Valentine shopping!)
