On 2017 World Polio Day (Tuesday October 24th 2017) we were honoured to accept the offer of local entrepreneur Mike Shirazi, owner of LEVELZ Hair Connect, that he would provide haircuts all day in his shop with all proceeds to the campaign to eradicate polio. These donations will be matched 2:1 by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation....

We are pleased to announce that the day's proceeds are $300 - with 2:1 matching that means that $900 towards the campaign to eradicate polio for once and for all - that's enough to vaccinate about 1500 children!
