DESCRIPTION:Sunrise has graciously arranged for us to have a special site v
 isit/tour of their facility in Puslinch.  This offsite meeting will repla
 ce our regular breakfast meeting.  Sunrise is located on a 102-acre farm 
 just south of the 401 in Puslinch Township. The farm is just a 15-minute d
 rive from both Cambridge and Guelph\, offering a variety of accessible and
  innovative facility resources\, made possible by capital grants from loca
 l service clubs\, corporations\, individuals and foundation\, including th
 e Ontario Trillium Foundation.  It's mission is to develop the full pote
 ntial of children and adults with special needs through therapy\, educatio
 n\, horse riding\, recreation\, and life skills programs\, farm-related an
 d social activities\, and to further develop and expand Sunrise’s progra
 mming to support a Residence/Respite Village Community. For those newer me
 mbers in particular this will be a good opportunity for you to become more
  familiar with this charitable organization that we have supported for mor
 e than 20 years.  Since 2003 they have been the principal recipient of fu
 nding from our annual "Taste of Italy" pasta dinner and have partnered wit
 h us on service initiatives like hosting busloads of children from the She
 lldale community for picnics at the farm. A continental breakfast (coffee/
 tea\, muffins\, fruit and yogurt) will be available for those attending. A
 nd who knows\, you might even get to meet "Miami" the therapy horse that o
 ur club is currently sponsoring. IF YOU PLAN TO ATTEND PLEASE RESPOND AS S
 OON AS POSSIBLE SO THAT SUNRISE CAN KNOW HOW MANY TO EXPECT.
