Good Enough

Puslinch resident Anne Day has long been an advocate for women, with much of her career dedicated to helping women realize their potential.

While she has had an eclectic career from spearheading charities to working within the provincial government, to being an editor of a national parenting magazine, the focus of her work has always been on women and children.

Eleven years ago, she founded Company of Women, an award-winning organization that supports, connects and promotes women entrepreneurs and is the author of three books, as well as a regular contributor for Huffington Post.  She is also the co-author of a new book "Good Enough - Embrace who you are, Unleash your brilliance".

Anne has won numerous awards for her work, including the ATHENA Leadership Award for helping women realize their leadership potential and in 2009, was one of 57 women from around the world to receive the TIAW World of Difference Award for improving women’s economic independence globally.

Giving back is an integral part of her life, and she has served on numerous boards at the local, national and international level.

She is married with two adult daughters and lives on a farm near Guelph, Ontario
