We were so pleased to welcome a very special visitor to our regular weekly meeting today.  Reg Pugh, a member of the Rotary Club of Gladstone-Port Curtis, Queensland, Australia has been on a home exchange program with a professor from the University of Guelph, and did a make-up today with us....

The Rotary Club of Gladstone-Port Curtis is one of 49 clubs in Australia's District 9570.  There are about 1281 Rotarians in that District, and the service area for the District covers an incredible greater than 1 million square kilometres!

One of the really remarkable things about being a Rotarian is that you never have to miss your weekly meeting - you will be welcomed with open arms at any of the 32000 clubs in more than 200 countries and territories around the world.

Thanks Reg for doing your make-up with us today, and we all hope that we'll get an opportunity to do a make-up at your club someday as well.
