At the October 10th weekly meeting past member Richard Van Dyke was in attendance to introduce the guest speaker. To his surprise, President John Persson advised him that he was being made an Honourary Member of the Rotary Club of Guelph South in recognition of, and in appreciation for, his 10+ years of past service with the club as President, Director, chairing committees, volunteering, event sponsorships and being designated a Paul Harris Fellow.

Richard continues to support the club and we're hoping that, once he is again able, he will trade in that Honourary Membership and become a full Active Member once again! Congratulations Richard!
