MEXICO SHOEBOX PROJECT
Past President Margaret Nixon has just returned from Mexico, representing our Rotary club on the team of 18 Canadians that traveled to Nogales Mexico to provide shoeboxes (and baskets) of gifts to underprivileged children there....
Our Rotary club had made a cash donation to the 2006 trip, and another larger one this year. Margaret served on the organizing committee of Rotarians, taking care of the financial end of the project.
