** In Person - Symposium Restaurant **  November is Rotary's "Rotary Foundation Month" and one of the key features of The Rotary Foundation is the opportunity for qualified clubs to apply for a Global Grant for projects of $30,000 USD and greater.  A Global Grant involves 2 Rotary clubs, both qualified for Rotary Foundation Grants - one in the host country and a second international sponsor.  Aldo and wife Barbara are members of the Burlington North Rotary Club and will be speaking on a Global Grant project that their club is the international sponsor for, to supply specialized pediatric intensive care unit equipment to a recently expanded hospital in Zacapa Guatemala (the Rotary Club of Gualan is the host sponsor club). Barbara is a retired Western educated Public Health Nurse, has been to Guatemala and can give a good insight into the Pediatric needs.
